I'm very proud to have co-written an article about designing Circle that was published in Harvard Business Publishing Education. The article describes the high levels of stress, anxiety, and loneliness among students, and how group coaching initiatives like Circle can help with the practice of critical leadership skills like cultivating trust, authenticity, connection, and self-awareness.
