Launching Circle
Good morning! My name is Allyson Dhindsa, and I'm the founder of Circle. Back in 2019, I developed a unique group coaching method as part of my Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. There, I learned from social scientists including Adam Grant, Jonathan Haidt, Angela Duckworth, and the founder himself, Martin Seligman, on topics like character strengths, building resilience, and designing positive interventions.
I took my learnings back to university career services - where I worked for over a decade - and discovered the transformative effects of applying Positive Psychology to those looking to flourish in their careers, thrive at home, and become their best selves. This is how Circle was born: a unique coaching program with demonstrated results for addressing feelings of connection, purpose, mattering, and fulfillment in school or at work. This is a timely intervention when so many of us feel more isolated, cynical, and stressed than ever before.
Over the past five years, the Circle program has been honed to be an increasingly effective and engaging tool. I'm thrilled to now offer it directly within your organization, or to teach you how to offer the program to your peers.
Please reach out to me with any questions or ideas you might have - I'd love to connect with you!
